Reformer Pilates
Our signature. A dynamic full-body workout on the Reformer machine that builds a strong core, better posture, flexibility and stability — in small groups, with lighter and more challenging variations for every level.
Mat & Equipment Pilates
Classic Pilates on the mat with small props — precise, mindful and effective. Perfect for body awareness, a strong centre and improved mobility, suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike.
Yoga
From grounding Hatha to gentle Yin — strength, balance and calm. A welcome counterbalance to everyday life that leaves you feeling open and recharged.

Private Reformer Coaching
Your personal Reformer session — more attention, more precision, fully tailored to you and available in English.
One coach, fully focused on you
Work one-on-one with your own personal Reformer coach. Whether you're brand new to the Reformer, want to refine your technique, or prefer a session built completely around your body and goals, you'll get calm, focused, personal guidance from the very first minute.
If you're recovering from an injury or training around a physical concern, your coaching can additionally be supported by a physiotherapist — so your sessions stay safe and tailored to what your body needs.
Personal training in your language.
Our 1:1 Reformer coaching is available in English. When booking, simply tell us your preferred language and any injuries or goals beforehand — and we'll make sure everything is tailored to you from the first session.
